He will explore topics such as artificial intelligence, disruption and innovation in legacy organizations, the spectrum of skills necessary to build and nurture a truly innovative company and more. Panel Discussion

(10:10 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.)

Bill Verhelle will moderate a panel borrowing themes from Hinssen's keynote and grounding them in our industry. In addition to Verhelle and Hinssen, panelists Kelly Furia and Mike Jones will explore these themes from an equipment finance perspective and inspire crowdsourced topics that will then drive the remainder of the dynamic, 2-day conference. This is where Converge becomes all about YOU. Following a short break, attendees will interact with technology to identify key themes that emerged from Hinssen’s keynote and the panel discussion. Attendees will be encouraged to identify things that they are interested in for themselves or their companies, or things that they truly know nothing about and would love to further explore.

Facilitated by Deborah Reuben, CLFP, founder and CEO of Tomorrow Zone, and Peter Hinssen, Converge 2024’s keynote speaker, this workshop will lead attendees through exercises designed to dig deeper into the discussions that emerge from day one. With guidance from Hinssen and Reuben, attendees will begin practical application and best practices of day one’s thought starters.

Lunch With a Baseball Legend: Larry Bowa

(12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.)

Larry Bowa, senior advisor for Phillies Baseball Club, will deliver a keynote over lunch. Bowa, who spent 12 of his 16 MLB seasons in Philadelphia, earned his title as one of the best shortstops in Phillies history. Bowa won two Gold Glove Awards, led the National League in fielding percentage six times—then a league record—and was a five-time National League All-Star.
